Some of you probably have noticed a bit of a lack of writing on my part over the last year. I would like to say, in regards to that, that I do indeed have a life outside the Internet. That may be hard to believe, but I assure it's true. The things I do here, on this site and others, are hobbies. Things I like to do in my free time. I also like to read, do stuff with my friends, play videogames, watch T.V., go to movies, spend time with my family, etc. So there are times when I don't want to write, don't feel like writing, and don't have inspiration to write. When I write I like to write something that I'm going to enjoy, not just something to throw out there for the sake of having stuff to put up here. I have started stories and then scrapped them after working on them for over a week because they weren't going the way I wanted them to and I started to dislike the idea over all. To reiterate: a week of work thrown out. I've done this multiple times.

This is why it sometimes takes me awhile to get stories out here. Contrary to popular belief (if the notes I've received are the view of the majority) I'm not a lazy person. Writing is just one small facet of my life and personality and I don't devote my entire being toward it. Hobbies are hobbies and my life is my life.

That all being said I'm going to be taking a break from writing any kind of Expansion based story. I'm frankly just bored with it. I don't mean that as a dig or a slight to anyone so don't feel like I'm attacking you. It just doesn't seem like there's anything there for me right now. I might go back to writing things like that again but for now I just want to write things of a different nature. I feel like I'm writing the same kinds of things over and over again just for the sake of others rather than for myself.

Lastly, if someone, anyone, has a problem with me or the way I act or what I believe or anything like that, please talk to me directly about it. I don't have time to waste on those that waffle in the background with generalized statements that may or may not be directed at me. Come out of the woodwork and speak to me. I'm not going to verbally crucify someone because they have a different mind set than me. I'm a very tolerant person. I mean, I'm a bisexual cross dresser. If I'm not tolerant to others how can I expect others to be tolerant of me?
